The Chee Cheong Fun ($12.90, + Foie Gras $4) which comes with pulled duck confit and picked cucumber and shiok sambal chilli, scallion oil, balsamic soy is a mish mash of French and local influences. Which makes sense since The Masses is the brainchild of one of Saveur’s chef-owners. The other dishes like Wild Mushrooms Toasties with Truffle Scramble ($17.90) and Homemade Ricotta Hotcakes ($16.90) were outstanding too!! Like won’t jelat one sia •
