Will come back for their strong, rich coffee and unique caneles if Iโ€™m in the area. Their minimalist, zen decor was chic but seats werenโ€™t comfy enough for sitting long

I personally felt that this dish wasnโ€™t worth the $18 price tag as the freshness of the kale was lost in the cooking. I much prefer munching on raw crisp kale in my salads ๐Ÿ˜…

As promised to myself, I am back!!! This time I tried a new dish- this was egg spinach tofu and charcoal-infused tofu served with lightly caramelised pumpkins and mushrooms on a bed of pumpkin sauce. Every element of this dish was delightful and it was so pleasing on the eye ๐Ÿ˜

Every bite was sweet juicy corn immediately accompanied with fragrant and decadent wagyu oil that is worth!! every!! calorie!!!!! This is truly umami in its purest essence ๐Ÿ˜ญ

This place is a serious gem! I came back bcos of the stellar service, but the new dishes I tried left me wanting to come back again?! Really recommend the wagyu corn (yes itโ€™s worth the price) and the grilled stingray that are guaranteed to blow your tastebuds away. Pro tip: order 1 bowl of ramen to share so you get to try more their side dishes ๐Ÿคค

Had to try their artisanal sandwich since their bread display was so enticing, and settled on their Lemon Chicken Sandwich. The herbaceous ciabatta was undeniably fluffy and paired well with the creamy chicken that came with a hint of zesty lemon. However the tortilla chips was a weird pairing- it tasted like the louhei fried crackers.. I think a salad would have complemented the freshness of the sandwich better. Their latte was good and strong though!

Star of the meal was the fluffy Seafood Pancake ($20) that was generously stuffed with huge juicy prawns and squid. Ginseng chicken soup ($18) came in a huge bowl too. Price was slightly above average but the quality and experience was good. Will come back to try their bbq

Bubur chacha inspired cocktail that tasted like a decadent alcoholic dessert. Didnโ€™t know dark rum would pair so well with taro ice-cream ๐Ÿ˜‹

The food quality at this hidden Peranakan joint surprised me. Portions are slightly on the small side, but quality > quantity. Another plus point: cosy vibes and friendly staff : )

Fav dish of the night. Laksa paste was the perfect texture with al dente linguine.

The beef was really well cooked and was very well complemented with the side dishes (acar, braised mushroom, prawn crackers). I couldnโ€™t really taste the egg crepe in the pastry, but the meat and sauce covered up this lacking ingredient.

Portions are generous, and it was thoughtfully served with shredded fried egg and a huge spoonful of fried rice grains. The seafood broth was flavourful and I liked that reviews said it was MSG-free. However the rice was dry and hard and failed to complement the broth โ˜น๏ธ their truffle chilli oil noodles that my friend ordered fared better.

Food was above average with generous portions n I particularly liked their salted egg onion rings. Their ice black was strong too
