The pan-seared chicken breast was moist throughout. The sauce which I believe is made up of cashew milk, mozzarella cheese and lime juice was a great complement for the chicken breast. The crispy potato chunks is da bomb, no matter what dish is paired with.

Those who have watched the movie 食神 will know this dish. A simple rice bowl that’s topped with char siew, sunny side up and vegetables on the side.

I’m surprise by the char siew which has the right balance of fats and meat which makes this dish even more enjoyable.

Finally I understand they hype over their pancakes. Fluffy pancakes served with generous amount of blueberries. It’s already tasty on its own but the warm maple butter just elevate this dish to another level.

The sesame sauce added brings another dimension that’s very palatable and not overpowering. The char-siu was flavourful and moist, while the flavoured egg was done to perfection.

It’s just a personal preference, wish that the noodles can be slightly harder (more al dente).

Looks can be deceiving. Though it may look simple but everything was done so perfectly that there’s nothing to fault about.

Crispy baked bacon 🥓 on top of perfect sunny side up 🍳 and fluffy pancake 🥞.

Am surprised that they managed to perfect the balance of milo and coffee for the Milo Kopi. On the other hand, the Sinpopo Special Teh Tarik is well balanced and not too sweet for me.

Apart from our usual choice of burgers - SmokeShack and Chicken Shack, we are tried the sambal mayo fries and blueberry lavender shake.

Love the freshly fried crinkled cut fries topped with fiery sambal mayo, crisp bacon bits and scallions. We can’t get enough of it.

The combination of blueberries and lavender works perfectly in this cup of sweetness. The tartness of the blueberries balances the sweetness of the shake. The lavender afternote is not too overpowering and brings a pleasant aroma in the mouth.

A hearty pot of baked egg in tomato stew with pancetta, ham, chorizo and baby spinach. Topped with almond and feta. Good enough to have it all by yourself or share it among friends.

A must try for gula melaka lovers. Double espresso with perfectly steamed milk and gula melaka. The sweetness from the gula melaka balances well with the coffee, making it a very palatable drink no matter hot or iced.

One of the better chai latte I had recently. The proportion of steamed milk with The Providore’s seven spice chai powder is on point. It’s not too overpowering yet brings out the fragrance of the spices.
