The pork chop here was juicy and tasty. Paired perfectly with the red wine sauce. It’s definitely worth going back for at this price point with amazing service staff.
There’s two option of either $6 or $10.
This is the portion for $6 and sadly it’s a far cry from the original stall at old airport.
Tried dim sum here twice and felt that there’s really nothing to shout about. An alternate spot to satisfy dim sum craving if paradise or crystal jade within the same mall is unavailable
Managed to squeeze in a meal before no dining in restriction sets in again. One of my favourite pasta from Da Paolo, tagliatelle al granchio. Homemade egg pasta mixed with crab meat, tomatoes, cream, parmigiano reggiano and a dash of vodka.
We tried the veal ravioli that were pretty tasty as well. Opted to sit outdoors and were lucky that it’s pretty breezy.
Two big fluffy slices of pancake topped with butter, corn and mixed berries.
Spread the butter and drizzle maple syrup on top makes for a very comfortable brunch food amidst lovely view of Alkaff Mansion’s surrounding.
This restaurant has moved out of scarlet hotel into a mall along Beach Road.
Omakase doesn’t come with any cooked food. Menu is focused on raw, fresh seafood only. Place is small with counter seats only.
Sashimi on the sushi were thick and fresh. Especially love the generous uni overflowing onto my hand.
There’s always a long queue at this stall inside the hawker centre.
I happened to see only three people in the line and decided to try my luck. Even with just three people ahead of me the queue didn’t move fast as everyone ahead of me were ordering in bulk.
Left with mostly chocolate flavours, the muffins are quite big and tasted homely. It’s overall a good muffin but not worth the queue imo.
One of our family’s favourite meal. I think they make the best tauhu telur. Beancurd and egg deep fried to perfection drizzled with a sweet dark sauce with peanuts.
Other must order includes satay, rendang and fried chicken.
We ordered direct from the restaurant and it’s really convenient to have delicious, warm Indonesian food on the table. 😋
One of my favourite Japanese experiences. Guests are expected to remove their shoes upon entering this little eatery which seats around twenty.
There’s no menu and the dinner costs around $160 per head. There’s a lot of dishes like grilled crab legs, tempura, sashimi and Wagyu beef etc one will definitely be full from the meal.
Ordered the Nasi Lemak, apparently it’s by curry times. Very average and will not order again.
Unfortunately Tian Tian fared better. The rice is abit hard, not fluffy and I prefer rice that is more fragrant.
Set comes with some green vegetables and cost $7.50 on Whyq delivery.
