Too sweet. Had the yam puree and gingko without stiring the syrup in.

Chef were generous with sugar but still within my tolerance level. Despite that the sauce was a little sweet but it does have the kick. I have not had such fresh crab in a long time.

This was good. So good that I ate everything including the prawn head and shells. But the sauce was a little too sweet.

Vegetables were not overcooked and had a natural sweetness to it. The broth (or sauce that most people will call it) was light and packed with flavours.

They were generous with the sea cucumbers! It was not mind blowing but good enough to justify the price.

Por kee at tiong bahru. By far, the best beef horfun for me. Full of wok hei and packed with flavours. Satisfying. Just be prepared for the wait and not so friendly staff.(speak cantonese to the mature staff. They will cut you some slack and be nicer)

Not enough wok hei and beef tasted off. Prefer por kee instead.

These ingredients may be my favourite on its own but the flavours does not go well together. The tartness of the berries overpowers the subtle frangance and sweetness of the chestnut mousse.

At their new outlet at paya lebar square for a quick dinner. The noodles were al dente but too much black sauce. The fish balls were not fresh.

Only flaw- the apple sauce was a little sour.
