Katong sin chew cake shop. Random lucky pick. Their famous curry bun. Like the soft and tasty bun but wish for more meat in the bun. Tip: just take what looks good and pay. Labels and price tags almost do not exist here. Apart from that, you will have to squeeze with the crowd during their peak period (afternoon). That's when the buns are out from the oven.
Crispy but greasy yam. Oil was not hot enough! This was something I cannot accept.
Another dish that we polished it clean. Baby squid was crispy and coated with sweet sauce.
Chef were generous with sugar but still within my tolerance level. Despite that the sauce was a little sweet but it does have the kick. I have not had such fresh crab in a long time.
Not enough wok hei and beef tasted off. Prefer por kee instead.
At their new outlet at paya lebar square for a quick dinner. The noodles were al dente but too much black sauce. The fish balls were not fresh.
This is at their new outlet at seletar mall. Nothing fantastic just average. But this place is 24 hours
Sin tong nam. Salty and sweet at the same time. You might not be used to it at your first bite but it grows on you.
Char siew was sweet and charred with bits of fats. Yummy. But the roast pork was not to my liking. Flavours are not strong enough and skin was not as crispy as I like it to be.
This was the last plate of beehion for the day. Flavourful but oily.
Located at the food court of changi airport T3. This was made fresh on the spot. Subtle rice frangance from the Beehoon. Fresh springy Beehoon with grated coconut and sugar was so simple yet so good
Chuan kee satay from old airport road. Meat were not as tender but well marinated. I love the charred bits of the meat and the peanut pineapple sauce .
