We sang a song,
~
Or so we called.
A song of pleasure,
~
As our bodies became one.
The heated desire intensified,
~
We sang the song again.
'Salted Duche de Leche';
~
The pleasure we seek was soon uncovered.
With our previous roles now reversed,

P.S.: Inspiration was derived from a distant memory.

A very brief background about the poem.
Picture: Caramel Latte
Title: Salted Dulce de Leche (self-explanatory)
Body: Up to your imagination.
The last 2 lines in the poem is used to describe to readers that the poem does not necessarily have to be read in a standard manner i.e. from top to bottom. Similar to how roles of people and objects can be reversed, the same concept can also be used in reading. Punctuations - commas, full stops and a semicolon - were initially removed, but added back to guide those who wish to read the text a second time or more.
The b/m guide is another way of reading the text.

The reason for saying that lies in the fact that the bread had been heavily doused in a mixture of eggs and milk before being pan-fried. As such, what you'd find is a piece of limp, eggy toast without a hint of crispness.

That said, there's nothing wrong with having a nostalgic sweet treat on a weekday morning. ❤️

P.S.: Tastes like the one which grandpa used to make (有阿公的味道). Price is pretty steep for a slice of bread. 😂

☹️

The crust has become thicker, and the amount of filling has been reduced.

#disappointed

The batter's certainly light and crispy, and the fish's definitely fresh and flaky. But, on the whole, the dish was still pretty lackluster considering that we had paid $28 for it.

P.S.: If you include the service charge and GST, the dish would cost approximately $33.

He stood in a corner, waiting to be serviced by the same lips; by the same people. Soon he fell into a state of emptiness. Everything became transparent again.

P.S.: Inspired by @_travissu to write a short story ❤️

P.S.: Love the nude coloured cone. 😂

In any case, I'm already feeling super excited just by looking at this spiral beauty!

Frankly speaking, I'm not a huge fan of winter melon to begin with, but those who love it would no doubt enjoy the refreshing soft serve! (I still prefer the cookie butter flavour.) As for the mochi doughnut, I'd be lying if I said I didn't like it.

P.S.: Had to make up the name for this dessert since food coma-stricken me couldn't recall both the name and price. 😂

It is only the first day of Semester 2 and I'm already feeling super exhausted. ☹️ #deprivedofsleepandcoffee

The first lecture on public health was pretty entertaining but setting foot on campus was just too draining for my anaemic soul. 😥
All that I wish to do now is to rest my head on a fluffy, bacon-scented brioche pillow. 😴 Goodnight world!

P.S.: Knife in photo suggests that it's hard to pull off the pull-apart bread. LOL. 😂

Anyhow, this is my go-to bowl whenever I'm feeling the poke craving! 😁

In case you're wondering what ingredients comprise the bowl, I've listed them below based on what I could identify. 😂

🍚: White rice, salmon sashimi (soaked in a spicy garlic sesame marinade), flying fish roe, salmon roe, kale chips, pineapples, sliced cherry tomatoes, lime-infused avocados, mushrooms, cucumbers, pickled seaweed and roasted seaweed

P.S.: Photobombed by a random leg 😪

As such, I've came up with a few tips/suggestions to overcome this massive ordeal.

1. You won't need any cutlery for this dish, but just two strong hands and a very hungry mouth. 💪🏻👄

2. Do prepare extra serviettes to wipe off the meat juices trickling down your lips (and/or hands).

3. Before I forget, if you do gag on the sausage roll, stay calm and proceed at a slower pace. Never rush through meal time.

Anyway, this is something that I'll recommend getting from @winchesterpies if you're at @pasarbella (The Grandstand). It is after all VERY DELISHHH! ❤️

To be quite honest, these felt as if they came out from an authentic Japanese gyoza shop.

The mentaiko sauce was a tad salty for my liking, but otherwise a very good complement to the gyoza! Loved the liberal sprinkling of fish roe as well! 😋
