That said, these famed custard-filled tarts were definitely one of the better egg tarts out there! It's worth a try if the queue's short but the quality of each tart may vary from batch to batch.

On the other hand, the •Durian & Cheese Tarts [$3.60 each]• received mixed reviews from us - some enjoyed it while others called it a 'weird creation'. I did enjoy them personally, but would've preferred a lesser amount of cream cheese in the filling.

Loveeeeed the sous vide salmon for its fork-tender, flaky interior that belied a crispy, pan-seared skin beneath the scarlet flesh. It's so good! 😍

That citrus teriyaki sauce coating the soba noodles tasted a little similar to the one used in Yusheng - an addictive marriage of sweet, tangy and savoury notes.

The risotto was a tad undercooked and a little too heavy for my liking but the scallops were definitely the star in the dish - well-seasoned and bursting of brininess!

Overall, a pretty decent dish that can be shared among friends and family! 😋

The cook on the vegetables was equally applaudable, whereas the sautéed mushrooms were simply bursting of earthiness; so addictiveeee! I kid you not!

If you're spoilt for choices, I'd recommend the Black Sesame, Hojicha, Uji-Matcha, Earl Grey Lavender, and possibly every other flavour on the menu as well 😂. Yes, it's that good! 😚💕

Prawns were cooked till perfection, or rather, till their roe began to burst out of the shell and intensify the nostalgic flavours within the broth.
