Yuet Sing Seafood (Toa Payoh)

the sauce is creamy, savory and sweet. i always like saucy salted egg stuff. so this is sufficiently nice for me. the deep fried chicken cubes feel like they have been fried n refried.

the tofu is nt homemade. the caipo is quite overfried and there is too little sauce to coat the deep fried tofu. overall :doesnt taste good.

This was their Assam fish head, although it was so thick it tasted much like a curry fish head with the sourness of Assam. The fish head was definitely fresh, bathed in spicy and sour gravy that packed some heat. What appealed also were vegetables and pineapple that always tasted so good with Assam curry.
Also tried their Salted egg fried pumpkin which were yummy starters. Our next trip would probably be to try their signature crab beehoon.
