I definitely preferred the pan-fried dumplings 🥟 (Guo Tie) as compared to the steamed dumplings 🥟 (shui jiao)😘

As for the steamed dumpling 🥟, the skin was a tad too thick for my liking😢 It’s wasn’t as flavourful as when pan-fried😅

When I brought the pan-fried dumplings 🥟 home🏡, I heated 🔥 it up cause the skin became a little soggy 🥲 but the meat filling still remained juicy!🤪 The skin is thin & nicely crisp; The meat filling is well marinated too!😋

The chives added extra fragrance 👃🏻 & flavour!! With a oniony 🧅 flavour and slight garlicky 🧄 taste 👅 The vibrant green colour 💚 brightens the whole dish instantly😜

I warmed up all the items to get that piping hot 🔥 experience😁
