The noodles are tossed in black sauce, topped with Chye Poh fried egg which is something new to me. Taste quite nice! Pair the chicken floss with the egg for the perfect combination of salty and sweet. Yumz.
Don't worry, there isn't any papaya taste in the soup. In fact, the fruit made the soup even more flavourful and sweeter! A light and tasty noodle soup, not too heavy for dinner 👍🏼
