Windowsill Pies (Jem)

- Minty fresh cream with whipped dark chocolate ganache, super creamy yet light and melt in the mouth, loved the top cookie crumbles 🍪
- Mint chocolate lovers will love this flavour!

- Quite tangy but was compensated with lots of sugar, found it sweeter than the above.
- Strawberries were tarte but could be more generous.

The lemon pie was super tangy, I quite liked how intense it was but ofc it's not for everyone. The raspberry? blobs were sweet and it balances the lemon very well and adds more fruitiness. Crust was decent
