Probably the most visually appealing dish, but taste wise it disappointed. Definitely needed salt.
The start (after 5 amuse bouches anyway) of a ridiculously inventive meal, backed by a complex and amazing interplay of flavours and textures. Even the bread board was amazing- 2 types of bread were served with whipped smoked butter and whipped iberico butter. So good!!
