This spot is the best in KL when it comes to fresh sashimi
For a taste of Japan's finest seafood, look to this joint in Wisma Lim Foo Yong for tasty eats. Named after Tokyo's famous fish market, Tsukiji No.8 directly imports their produce from there, so sit back and enjoy the fresh meats you're about to devour. Dive straight for the sashimi platters like the Sashimori 5 (RM128) with salmon and kampachi. Also good are the sushi rolls like the generously portioned Aburi Scallop Roll (RM26). If you're working around the area, the weekday specials are worth treating yourself to, especially the Nigiri Sushi Set (RM35).

Sushi’s definitely the star at this restaurant. Except generous cuts of fish and large rolls too. Only wish they cut down on the mayonnaise on this roll as it drowned the fresh scallop.
If you love seafood and rice then this is a must order. Love how fish are cut up into big chunks and that the flavours are just so simple and tasty. They pile on the ginger so be careful if you’re not a fan as it’s quite pungent.
Probably one of the most reasonable Japanese lunch deals in town! You’ll get five pieces of nigiri and a mini roll and even though it’s small, it is filling. The fish are fresh, the tamago is sweet and I love how the sushi is served with warm rice (just like Japan!) Add on RM5 for a delicious miso soup and chawanmushi.
