The vegetarian version of scotch egg (RM21), deep fried beautifully cooked egg with runny yolk, covered with mix mushroom paste, served along with mashed sweet potato and creamy spinach sauce. Unlike your ordinary scotch egg, this version is surprisingly very flavourful and not too heavy, but the texture of mushroom paste is a bit mushy.
In a creamy base of Sweet Potato, Mushroom Cream Sauce & Rocket leaves.. 😋
Warm buttery croissant, crispy fries and good ol scrambled egg! Good food with good ambience is always a plus. 😍
So sedap ! Runny soft-boiled egg wrapped with mixed mushroom, coated in bread crumbs and deep-fried, served with sweet potato mash and creamy spinach sauce... yummy!! Two thumbs up!
With three outlets under their belt, there's gotta be something Owls Cafe is doing right. Waffles aside, we think it's the delicately fragrant Rose Latte (RM12) that's not too sweet. If you’re one for more kick, there's also the Magic (RM10), an Australian-inspired milk coffee served with double ristretto instead of espresso. Bonus: The kitchen is open all day, so get an order of their famously yummy waffles while getting your coffee fix.
This has always had the hearts of Owls fans. Mildly sweet but very fragrant, the rose latte is a delicious drink with wonderfully floral notes.
