Beef cheek tortellini, love the al dente feel of the pasta! Pair it with a light salad as it may get a little too creamy/heavy after a while
Soufflé was a cloud of perfection, but a tad too sweet for my palate.
Definitely the standout of Chef Jarad Gallagher's media dinner menu - and it's not easy to impress me with a lamb dish, mind you.
The starter at the media dinner with Chef Jarad Gallagher (of Michelin starred Chez TJ in California). I, unfortunately, found the sweet corn pudding rather flat and cloying, a strange combination with the cocoa soil and bland mozzarella littered across the top. Perhaps a drop of two of lemon juice would have brought it to life.
