Love these wok seared female Hokkaido scallops with Guang Dong preserved sausage, loads of asparagus and Shimeji mushroom. So fresh, nicely sautéed and with some hint of XO sauce. HKD 358.

Beef was perfectly seared and the mushrooms are so soft and nicely seasoned, very addictive.
