Huge fan of the beef noodles here! Soup stock is amazingly fragrant, very beefy if that’s what you like. They also use fresh and good quality beef that’s not too dry or tough. Beef balls are springy, as they should be. A bowl of sliced beef noodles + 3 beef balls will set you back $9.80 and for the generous portions, I’d say it’s money well spent.
A relatively new contender in the beef noodles arena, this family-run stall has been operating since June 2019.
.
Their pleasantly light soup carries a simple meaty sweet savoury flavour, unlike elsewhere, no herbs are used. Likewise their thick gravy, which clings well to the smooth thick bee hoon / rice vermicelli noodles.
.
The beef slices have a light chew, more so than elsewhere, and satisfying meaty savoury sweet notes. The beef meat balls are springy with a straightforward meaty salty savoury flavour, while the soft tripe soaks up the taste of the soup or gravy.
.
Garnishes of crisp bean sprouts and crunchy pickled mustard greens lend vegetal sweet sour tangy salty flavour. Completed with leafy coriander for that hint of freshness.

Couldn't decide what to eat. So decided to try the sampling set.
The beef tendon was the best of the lot
Will return to have a bigger portion of that.
Sliced beef noodles ($7.90 nett)
The chewiness of the banmian somehow works with the dry sauce.
It's pretty unorthodox but give it a shot!
Fave pay available here too.
Not gonna lie, one of the best bowls of beef noodles I've had.
Saw some mixed reviews but damn this place blew me away. Hope the consistency is there too
Beef slices were well cooked, but the meat itself wasn't of high quality so there's still some chewines. The rest of the toppings were absolutely flawless though, from the meaty tripe to the melt-in-your-mouth tendon. Beef balls were really flavourful, abit suspiciously so ><
Kway teow was thin and texture on point. Sauce was hearty, and while the chili was sharp, it melded w the sauce well
Just when you tot the surprises end, the beef broth throws an uppercut. Made w beef bones, it's intense and an absolute joy to slurp down
Keep up the good work
