Tucked in the basement of Isetan The Japan Store, this under-the-radar meat joint is yet another market-style concept. For something premium that isn't too pricey, go with the Chilled Angus Sirloin Steak from Kyushu (RM25/100g) that sports a nice meat-to-fat ratio. There is a RM10 cooking charge, but the team does justice to the juicy medium rare cook. Fill up with a bowl of Rice (RM2.80) or an assorted sushi tray from the adjacent counter.

The earnest team will do your beautiful angus sirloin from Kyushu justice, searing it to a pinkish medium rare. The fat-to-meat ratio also hits the spot with enough fatty parts to keep the steak juicy and tender. Would recommend sharing one big piece between two tummies, with rice (RM2.80 each)!
