[CLOSED] Takagi Ramen (Prince George's Park Residences)

Enticed by the pastel blue sauce, we decided to be adventurous and try out this blue cheese fried rice. It comes with a paper plate with rice and sauce served in separate containers, so you can do the assembly yourself. Beautiful but taste fell flat like the tower of rice soon after this picture was taken. The cheese hardly tasted like anything, and the rice was bland. Fun experience but wouldn't have it again.

We went to their small humble outlet in NUS where they first started out. Velvety al dente noodles served with soft shell crab, onsen egg and tasty chilli crab sauce. It was a pretty good combination. Also comes with flavourful pork bone broth boiled for 12 hours 😋

Served with authentic salted egg sauce, chilli and curry leaves, you got to like this one even if you just eat the sauce on its own. Some might find the gyoza taste overpowering the salted egg but it is still a unique combination in my view.

This was so good!!! Authentic al dente ramen noodles served with pork bone broth that has been boiled for over 12 hours. I didn’t think the chilli crab sauce would go well with ramen noodles but it did! And you get a whole soft shell crab doused in chilli crab sauce.

Came topped with soft shell crab 🦀 and 2 halves of Ajitsuke Tamago. The broth was yummy.

Buta-Shoga Ramen 🍜 (S$7.90)
Tonkotsu noodle soup topped with sweet ginger braised pork. Served with flavoured bamboo shoots and spring onion.
