Hey Woodlanders! There is this minced meat noodles over here that has really like noodles texture and flavourful sauce. Stressful period, for some unknown reason, is when I really crave for noodles & I really like noodles with the addition of vinegar & chilli.

Mushroom Minced Meat Noodles $3.50
From the abovementioned stall at Viva Food Court at Vista Point. The option to go for if you are craving for something meaty and fried for your Mee Pok; pork cutlet was generic while being a little thin with quite a bit of its crispiness gone as they are fried way beforehand, though the noodles were springy and definitely delicious, tossed in savoury and moderately spicy sauce. Never mind the quality of the pork cutlet; after all isn't this supposed to be a noodle stall anyway?
Springy noodles that's tasty with moderately spicy chili and a touch of savoury with a dash of vinegar. The Fried Dumplings were very crispy and hot though could have done with more meat, but I am not complaining. Add a few pieces of crispy lard; satisfying indeed!
