[CLOSED] Shin-Sapporo Ramen (Orchard Gateway)

If you are a Matcha person, you wouldn't want to miss this!! The matcha cream cake is so soft and flavourable. There's even red bean paste in between the matcha cream.

Besides the Fire Ramen, there's the newly launched Sake Ramen menu as well. This bowl of Fire Ramen $15.80 was literally set on fire before serving, with a slightly rich and charred taste afterwards. I don't know about you but I'm not quite a fan, I prefer the dry Abura Soba. 🤓

🍥🍢🍘🍱🍙 Anyway, it's a habit for me to poke the egg yolk and mix it with the rice/noodles! Who else does that?😁🙌🏻

Have you tried their Ramen yet? They have 2 outlets, one at orchard gateway and the other at century square. Go go go. 🏃🏻💨

You can really taste the alcohol in the soup and glad that it is not overly salty and has no msg. There was actually a lot of ingredients hidden in the soup, bamboo shoots, bunapi mushrooms and spinach(I think?).🍜 Really love that touch of greens that just melted in my mouth. I finished the whole bowl of ramen broth till the bowl was dry 🙊

Haven't seen something like this before? It's a great experience to see food being prepared in this manner. The soup is my favourite!

Shin Sapporo is having a lunch promo at both of their outlets located at Orchard Gateway and Century Square. Lunch set are priced at $8.80. Available on weekdays from 11am - 4pm (excluding public holiday and eve of public holiday)
