The perfect post-workout treat, the Acai Bowl at Seed & Soil is infused with a distinctive nutmeg spiced flavor, setting it apart from the more commercialized varieties in the market. It is a refreshing treat - lavish scoops of frozen puree peppered with a mix of coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and Goji berries which add an earthy profile to the otherwise fruity flavors. Here, the fruits take a backseat, for the mix of nuts and seeds which blend seamlessly with the spiced aromas. The hole-in-the-wall vibe draws me back each time an acai craving hits, and I know with each visit an honest homely bowl awaits.
Tucked in a neighbourhood, it was a really pleasant find! The acai was pretty average I would say... nothing really striking about it 🙊 but it was delectable nonetheless!

Review 💬: Decided to go with Pitaya Sunrise as it consisted of red dragon fruit and sounded pretty good. The portion was pretty small considering the price, but it was not bad overall. Toppings included some mixed nuts and seeds, white dragon fruit, kiwi and some dried goji berries. My favourite toppings would have to be the goji berries and the coconut flakes as those two toppings helped to add flavour to the otherwise mild-tasting smoothie bowl.

Ditching everything just for my acai bowl. A great meal replacement, the bowl is surprisingly hearty and yummy way to get a hit of nutrients and antioxidants. I love that it is not watered down into smoothies unlike some other places 💓

ACAI BOWL-medium ($12)
•first of all, the place was hard to find so I had no choice but to call them. They were friendly :)
•the acai base tasted like its not blended using apple juice or whatsoever. The medium one got 3 scoops
•the topping was a bit overwhelming compared to the acai base. Its too much on the bottom too but if you like a lots of topping then its good for you. The toppings are oats, seeds, grapes, strawberries, shredded coconut, b&w sesame seeds, and some idk what is it
•it was quite filling because of the oats, pumpkin seed(I think), etc on the bottom
•take note there is no space for you and your friends to sit unless you are alone, but its gonna be quite awkward
•its not as addictive as project acai(HAHA)
Ps: they thought I'm taking away thats why its like covered and flattened
Overall, I'm okay. I'm not mad at it😅
