After dinner at Star Vista, my family and I were on the lookout for a dessert place and happened to chance upon Plan A Dessert Cafe. Located away from the bustling crowds on the lower levels of the mall, the cafe is situated on the second floor, offering a dining view of the Star Vista Atrium.
They have a wide selection of Bingsu flavors, and after some deliberation, we settled on a large bowl of Choco Banana. Firstly and most importantly, the shaved ice was perfect—soft like snow and deliciously milky. The toppings of banana, chocolate ice cream, oreo bits, and whipped cream were fantastic, making for a fail-proof flavor combination.
I will definitely be back again when I am in the area to try their other Bingsu flavors. I highly recommend Plan A if you are looking for a pleasant dessert place to enjoy great Bingsu with your friends and family or to treat yourself!

Here at Plan A Dessert Cafe, they specialise in Snow Ice / Korean Bingsu, made from 100% meji fresh milk!
Their bingsu comes in petite, small and large sizes, and in many different flavours! Featured here is the Mango Yuzu (Large size; $17.90).
This bingsu had very fine and smooth ice milk shavings, with fresh mango cubes! Loved the citrusy yuzu twist to the typical mango bingsu! This also comes topped with roasted almond flakes and light whipped cream. There is also surprise in the bingsu, as it comes with dried cranberries and even CORNFLAKES!
Bookmark this place for your next dessert spot! Best spot for gathering with friends and loved ones too!

Matcha fans can try the Green Tea Nature! The sweetness of the Azuki beans topping is neutralised by the slightly bittersweet earthy richness of the matcha snow ice, so it doesn't come across as too sweet overall. I like the inclusion of matcha mochi, which added textural contrast to the icy layers! Remember to drizzle the Matcha sauce over your dessert for the best quali-tea experience!
Topped with melon balls and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the Melon Bingsu caught our eye. Every mouthful of the fluffy shaved ice was refreshing and packed with milky goodness that complemented the distinct fruity sweetness of the melon balls! Thought it would have been better if melon ice cream was given instead of vanilla, but that's just me nitpicking hehe. Good stuff to have in this unforgiving warm weather!
