Butter Chicken Pot Pie ($32)
[Seasonal Special on Board] Think piping hot dish filled with tender chicken thigh, flavourful butter chicken gravy, and smooth, airy mash. A little on the small side for the price point, but so satisfying. Don’t expect a classic Indian curry, it is more of a spiced gooey shepherd pie in my opinion.

Grilled Pork Collar ($46)
Served with edamame, spinach cream, Brussels sprouts, lardons, pickled onions, and fried garlic; you have got to love the not-too-fatty or lean protein. While the cream was fairly mild in taste, the pork collar was an outstanding flavour bomb—juicy with beautifully charred edges. I didn't want to share.

Drinks
The Muri ($16/glass), a non-alcoholic collab with The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn—was a unique blend of fermented sour cherry, lacto beets, and clarified tomato. Ripe red fruit upfront, balanced acidity, savoury beetroot notes, and a lightly spicy finish made it a cosy yet complex pairing.

The Melon Liqueur ($20/glass) from Shiga Prefecture was like melon in liquid form—aromatic, naturally sweet but not cloying, with a clean, silky texture. Refreshing and summer-ish.

Burrata ($26)
Creamy, cool burrata paired with house dukkah spice, honey thyme dressing, and finished with chilli crisp. The flavours came together beautifully and made more enjoyable with the thin, crusty sourdough served on the side—addictive, moreish bites from start to finish.

Grilled Gindara ($42)
[Seasonal Special on Board] A highlight and the unanimous favourite— fresh, flaky black cod with perfectly crisp, wafer-like skin, served over a spicy amok curry that had just the right heat. We even ordered extra sourdough (+$3) to mop all that richness up! The blistered tomatoes added a sweet tang, while the crispy fried noodles gave that fun texture.
