The home delivery to end all home deliveries! Sweet and sour fish is crunchy and flavoursome, the right amount of sauce. Pork dumplings in Hot Chilli Vinaigrette have a punch. Comfort food, consistently good. Best of breed in my opinion.
The tangyuan has a chewy texture with a generous portion of black sesame paste in it. The ginger soup was rather spicy too!
ONE KM branch: Famous for their colorful xiao long bao's, most of us will enjoy Paradise Dynasty's offerings. Delicious and simple chinese fare!
Rating: 8/10
Will i return/recommend: Yes/Yes
Pros: Easy crowd pleasing dishes. Interior is cosy, staffs are attentive. Most dishes i have had before were good. For a restaurant chain, this is one of the better places for xiao long bao's.
Cons: Even though they are famous for XLB's, i am not a fan and seldom order them as i prefer the ones at Shanghai Renjia. Tap water they serve is chargeable.
Price: S$50-60+ avg. spending for 2
First time to try this and it makes me 100% happy, taste is definitely satisfying 💯
We ordered the pork slice ramen ($10.80++), fried pork ramen($11.80) and 生煎包 (3 for $4.50++). Ramen is good and filling, the lava egg is yummy because it's runny (but they only give 1/2 of it T_T). The filling of the 生煎包 is a 小笼包 wrap in conventional 包 material. It taste rather different from the Shanghai version ^^ the peanuts-cum-chestnut default appetiser ($2.50++) is yums too haha. Ehh, the water ($0.30) had a weird taste.. They kindly changed for me twice after I told them but it still had a rusty taste >.< xoxo, wet tissue 30 cents
