Takoh Belle 👍🏻👍🏻 Chendol 👍🏻 & Lychee Rose from Out of the Cake Box

Before I managed to find a day to go their Telok Blangah Drive outlet, they opened a branch just right next town. 🤗🤗🤗 Takoh Belle is the best cake out of all that I've tried, because the match of tastes and textures is really good. It doesn't feel like you are simply eating the actual dessert shaped like a cake. HAHA.

Pretty damn pricey. Is what I thought before I bit into it. Absolutely worth every cent lol. Cream was light and gula melaka was very strong. Cupcake was soft but does not disintegrate, still has some sort of bite which was nice, enveloping shredded coconut. It's a perfect ondeh ondeh cupcake

Rose Lychee - This cake had a rose fragrance that came from the rosewater sponge cake. With fresh lychee cream under each tier together with bits of lychee and strawberry jelly, this was refreshing and light. Belgian Truffle - Dark chocolate truffle filling sandwich layers of moist chocolate sponge in this cake. Lime Meringue Cheesecake - A triple-layered whirligig of zesty lime curd, clouds of smoky torched meringue and creamy baked cheesecake.

I think Chendol Fudge Cake is a pretty good replacement. Sponge cake is infused with gula melaka and layered with cream and Chendol toppings including green rice flour jellies and red bean. It would be better if there are more Chendol toppings.

Selera Putu Piring - $2.00 for 5 pieces

Large amount of flour with the sweet gula melaka in the middle, which is the only delight for the whole piece. There's shredded coconut to pair with, but wasn't doing much of a supporting role
