This was quite good. Tender pork patty that's got a little bit of stickiness
They allow you to choose your spice level
The pork belly was a tad stringy
They use certified Kyoto wagyu. The beef really was tender but it's got this very strong alcohol smell that I don't like
The soup curry is pretty good. It's really exactly what you imagine of a Japanese style soup curry, with good spice tones at the back of the throat
Veggies were also all prepared well
