I had an unforgettable Omakase experience around two months back, and the service and food quality at this place stood out vividly in my memory. The menu at this restaurant changes according to the seasons, and during my visit, they were serving their Autumn Omakase menu. They offered 12, 15, and 18-course options, and I opted for the 15-course Omakase meal, priced at THB 1990++.

The food was remarkable. The appetisers were bursting with umami flavours, awakening the taste buds. Their hand-pressed Nigiri showcased precision and care. The rice was perfectly sticky, with a sweet and subtly vinegary taste. The Sashimi slices were thick, fresh, and artfully presented atop the rice. The chilled Somen provided a refreshing moment. For dessert, they served yuzu sorbet, its zest leaving a delightful tingle with every bite.
