But many people still visiting their original place at the roadside, in the compound of a house.
Their noodle texture is interestingly very chewy, mixing with the dark sauce.

This double boiled soup was chock full of abalone, fish maw, bamboo pith, scallops, sea whelk and chicken. While the ingredients weren't the most flavorful due to the long boiling, the broth was extremely sweet and tasty. An extremely good dish 👍
