Nakhon still the place to go to for cheap and good thai food thought the one at Toa Payoh is a tough competitor! Loved the spiciness and sour mix from the tomyum soup, leaving one craving for more and the generous amount of peanut on the Pad Thai!
nakhon kitchen seriously deserves all the raves it gets👌🏼👌🏼amazing thai food at affordable prices💯(however, the fish is not that nice and worth it imo) everything else is greaaat though😊
So tasty and piping hot. If anything i wish they gave more sauce but it was plenty tasty too be fair.
Pad Thai, fried grouper with house made Thai chilli sauce at $22 and Tom yum soup thick $6 with seafood.
Deep fried till crispy, yet the pork strips remain tender on the inside. The fried garlic added some aroma factor to boost the whole dish. $6 for this generous plate. Thumbs up!

The yellow curry base was thickened with ribbons of beaten eggs. It some how reminded me of the gravy of chilli crab. One of my must order dishes at Nakhon, whole plate of wholesome ingredients for just $10. The squid’s very tender, wish there’s fried mantou to complement it though.
