Ministry of Rojak (Northpoiint)

The Ministry of Rojak has landed in Tampines and after doing a takeaway of some of their popular items, I am glad to say that they are truly worthy of their namesake. The flour items are wonderfully seasoned and deep fried upon order, and it wasn’t as greasy as I initially thought it would be. The star of the show has got to be their peanuty sauce that brings a touch of nuttiness and spiciness, a perfect dipping pairing with the rojak. The selection at the takeaway stall isn’t huge but it’s more than sufficient for most people as all the rojak essential items are available.
