($8.80) consisted of two medium tofu and four egg inside hot plate. I didn't expected that it's too much for my friend to eat finish. It's quite spicy aftertaste as my friend cannot handle.
($7.80) included steamed rice with mushroom, carrot, cucumber, corn, seaweed, sliced pork, spinach and sunny-side-up egg. Finally tried mincheng bibimbap for a long time. It took me a while to eat start as stone pot was quite hot. But gochujang sauce was quite self help and mixed it up while stone pot in hot temperature.
this one very 下饭
kimchi, seaweed soup served once seated
free flow rice, kimchi, seaweed soup
this is my new favorite eatery and I hope to see more outlets soon
Personally did not enjoy the meal I had here. The Chicken Cutlet Bibimbap ($6.80) had dry and almost-tasteless chicken chunks besides bland boiled cabbages. Adding the bibimbap sauce on the side did little to add to the enjoyment of the meal. The Hotplate BBQ Pork ($10.80) was marginally better, but while the pork came in a big portion, they were slick in oil which made it pretty bleh to eat after awhile. The free flow portions of rice, kimchi, and soup did little to appease our mouths. Don't think we'll return.

If you are looking for an affordable option in town with pretty decent food, this is one place to go! @minchengbibimbap just opened an outlet in Funan Mall offering Korean Chinese fare.
We had the Cheese Beef Bibimbap ($9.80), which was just satisfying. Mixing in the generous amount of cheese with the Bibimbap sauce at the side, each bite of the mixed rice provides a comforting familiar flavour with some richness from the cheese. Due to the stone pot, the bottom rice gets charred abit and the charred rice was quite satisfying to chew!
The Angus Marbled Beef ($12.80) was also a delicious bowl, as the beef was tender and braised in a comforting sweet savoury sauce. It also comes with Enoki mushroom and chewy glass noodles!
As for sides, the Hot Plate Squid ($11.80) is a good choice if you like savoury flavours, as it reminds me of a good Chinese BBQ with its cumin flavours. The squid itself is also tender!
Unfortunately, the Braised Pork Bibimbap ($6.80) was not to our liking. The five spice flavour was too strong and it was too bland.
All dishes come with free flow kimchi, soup and rice. Most of the dishes were still hits for us. Decent and affordable fare! Thank you @minchengbibimbap for inviting us!
