A colleague gave me a pretty lychee rose cupcake from @messwithbutter and it tastes as good as it looks! The buttercream frosting was very light in texture and there was a generous amount of lychee in the cupcake to add that sweetness and extra juiciness to it too. The cake itself is moist and fluffy at the same time as well. Generally the cupcake wasn't too sweet so I enjoyed it a lot 😋
