Eggs Benedict! 🍳

Classic egg benedict gets an upgrade with lobster and black lumpfish caviar. I like that it is served with rye bread instead of the usual English muffin.

Eggs benedict with a twist. Guacamole, pico de gallo, crab cakes, free-range poached eggs on toasted English muffins, generously doused with tangy guava lime hollandaise sauce. The guava lime hollandaise sauce was an interesting twist to the usual hollandaise sauce, however, it was a tad too tangy for my liking. I like the crab cake though.

Eggs Zoey (S$17) - Of poached eggs, smoked salmon, hollandaise, herbs & muffin. Pretty normal I would say.
