Of poached eggs with crispy bacon, spinach & tomatoes on English muffin, smothered in hollandaise sauce infused with red wine & dark chocolate. Surprising twist to the usual eggs Benedict. I like!!!

Christine Tjong : yea! Go try! I kinda like it.. Dont bother trying their desserts thou.. Don't look appetising so we tried one of their macarons. Was a disappointment.

Oooh look at that egg! Yumm. Gotta try that the next time I'm there. Only had a salmon crepe then, my friend's duck confit was tender and good too.

Yup, not as crispy as typical serves but tender and tasty. Oh, and they served it with truffle fries too ;)
