Even though it wasn't as packed yesterday at Savour 2015, we somehow didn't go crazy trying as many items as we had previous years. This was the last item we ordered for lunch, the Truffle Toro Miso - Tuna Belly, Truffled White Miso with Ginger Flower from Stellar @ 1-Altitude. A nice end to a leisurely, not-too-warm, grey-skies afternoon.

The sun was too glaring, could hardly see the image on my phone camera, just snapped one anyway (blurred). Anything salted egg and truffles, I just had to surrender my Savour charge card. The salted egg wasn't overpowering, but certainly hits you as you pop the entire canapé into your mouth.
