Food was amazing, staff were also quite attentive and nice to go through the menu with us. The dry aged meat is quite distinct and tasted amazing. Would definitely come back

Nice atmosphere and food. The prawn was fresh and succulent. The lobster paofan has prawn broth, which was very tasty and very umami.

The food here is amazing. Has a limited menu but that also means those few dishes are likely to be better. Had the black chicken herbal soup and turtle soup, both were fragrant and aromatic. The herbal taste is just nice and not over the top. The chicken meat was tender and fall off the bone. Also had ommelette with preserved vegetables and their jade tofu. Both were equally amazing and especially paired with the chilli they provide. Lastly had the yam rice and it was delicious as well. The drinks are put in a hard plastic cup with a lid, we had chrysanthemum and lime juice. Overall, very good meal and would definitely return to try again when I'm in the area

Chanced upon an air conditioned Hainan chicken rice stall that served zichar stalls as well. Had the half kampong chicken. Salted egg sotong, and dougan with braised egg. Chicken was fragrant and tender. Sotong was delicious and the batter fried perfectly.
Enjoyable meal overall

For appetizers, we had tendon and escargot. The tendons were soft, and the escargot were tender and slightly chewy. For the mains. We had the onglet and shirt rib which were both top tier! Well marbled with fat for flavor and tenderness, was done rare, juicy pink on the inside and seasoned with sea salt. Tasted rich and savory. We also had the smoked mushrooms for our side. And finally, for dessert, the tiramisu was mindblowing! It has a flavorful balance and a great way to end the meal

Had their claypot hokkien mee, shabu shabu prawn soup and their tasting platter when we went. The soup was rich with the prawn flavors. The tasting platter was decent and together with the sauces provided, it was delicious. Lastly, felt that their claypot hokkien mee could be more flavorful and only improved slightly after adding their sambal chilli. Slightly on the pricier side as well but considering the quality, it is worth it.
