Fans of tea would love the huge variety & quality they offer from @monogram_tea!
ā€¢ šŸŒŸ Gold moscato oolong - this was really fragrant, and went very well with the savouries.
ā€¢ Royal Jade Peony
ā€¢ Pink rose and marigold - this wasn't strong in taste initially, but its flavour was brought out really well when paired with the savouries. Was definitely refreshing.
ā€¢ Eight treasures (A kaleidoscope of florals and herbs, layered with floral notes of roses and sublime nuance of white chrysanthemum. The sweetness of dates and berries linger on finish.)

Not to forget they offer decaffeinated coffee drinks as well, and I particularly liked their decaf Mocha!

šŸ° Sweet Course
Homemade Seasonal Scones, Clotted Cream, Berry Jam
This is prob my favourite out of everything we tried - really buttery scone that went very well with the berry Jam and clotted cream?! I would gladly eat more than 1 myself šŸ¤­.

Profiterole, Salted Caramel Cream, Hazelnut Crunch
This came with a pretty soggy crust, and I didn't taste much salted caramel in the cream too.

Vanilla Cream, Cassis Jelly, Berries
The vanilla cream was good, but I just personally isn't a fan of berries so I finished everything except the berries šŸ˜‚.

White Chocolate, Yuzu Curd
The Yuzu was extremely tangy, and not really to my liking, but Yuzu lovers would enjoy this.

Acai Berries Sherbet and Selected Winter Fruit - Strawberry šŸ“.

Baked Beef Shepherd's Pie
Mash was quite creamy, and there's a good amount of minced beef at the bottom. Enjoyable, altho not deemed amazing.

Organic Vegetable Frittata, Sour Cream
Not to my liking, tasted just like egg with small bits of vegetables.

Crispy Curry Puff
I liked their curry puff! Pastry was really flaky and crispy, and flavour of fillings were pretty good too.

Plant-Based Fish Cake, Cabbage Slaw, Remoulade Sauce
Pretty strong on spices, so some may like it!

Duck Confit, Fruit Chutney, Pistachio, Sourdough Bread
Slightly sweet and sour from the fruit chutney, with duck confit atop thin and really crispy sourdough bread.

Sustainable Black Tiger Prawn Roll, Herb Mayonnaise, Brioche

Chicken Salad Sandwich, Pickle, Chive, Onion
This was prob my favourite of the 4, because of how flavourful the chicken salad was, and because it was bite-sized, it was q light to have.

Yellowfin Tuna & Salmon Tartare, Salmon Caviar, Sour Cream, Egg, Blini
I'm not that big a fan of raw fish, so my opinion will differ from those who love sashimi. Anyway it's slightly fishy, but the sour cream did help to cover some of that fishy-ness. You then spread it atop a Blini, which was imo kinda dry.

Smoked Salmon Sandwich was not bad as well, although I'd say their sandwiches are slightly dry.
Beef sirloin truffle mayo sandwich came with pretty thin beef, which gave more focus to the bread, and made the dryness more evident.

The blue pea flower choux was honestly really interesting, and although the foie gras is not extremely strong, I could still taste that iron-ey taste which I personally don't enjoy. People who love foie gras would probably like this!

Basil Compressed Watermelon with Feta Cheese
This was the impressionable one that I recalled I really didn't enjoy - might be the feta cheese, or just how the flavour combi was like.

Their Cranberry Scone is really worth a mention. Their scones are really buttery! Loved that it's served warm, and the clotted cream will just slightly melt on the scone. Lemon curd was also slightly tangy, and I really enjoyed the pairings!

Parma ham and baby leek quiche
Liked that the tart pastry was firm, and not crumbly. The Parma ham flavour was pretty good, and these mini tarts were pretty delectable.

At $47++ per pax, @regentsingapore High Tea comes with 2 drinks and best part is, both the food and drinks are refillable!
