I tried their ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐ ($58) which came with Bibimbap, Samgyetang, Gyeranmari, Stir-Fried Kimchi, and Black Sesame Chocolate Chip Cookie. I love the Samgyetang, the broth is savory and very comforting. The chicken is well prepared and falls off the bone easily. The Bibimbap had a good ratio of rice to veggies and overall pretty good. Worth the price considering how much you get.
The ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐ ($38 per pax) is a must-try. It is a traditional Korean braised boneless beef short rib served with assorted braised vegetables. The beef here is incredibly tender and the broth is just perfect. It is best served with rice.
The must-try dish for me is the ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ($24) which is red snapper carpaccio garnished with Yuja marinated seaweed and dotted with Barley Makjang. Super light and refreshing, and the flavors are so well balanced.
The ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ($16) is a blend of creamy mascarpone cheese with sweet Suritae beans and topped with chive oil. Love the crispy oven-baked sourdough topped with creamy, sweet, and savory mascarpone.
Part of the takeout menu during P2HA. The set came with a pollack soup, white kimchi, and seaweed cookie.
It is a mildly spicy dried squid & octopus joetgal gimbap. The Jinmi which is a Korean fermented red chili paste mixed with the squid and octopus was so tasty.
