Pasta

Enjoyed the chilli crab pasta but probably wouldn't order again. The sauce isn't exactly like chilli crab sauce- more of chilli sauce (and cut chilli) with a tad sweetness. It gets abit jelat at the end of the meal. The soft shell crab is a nice touch! I liked it alot.

Added onsen egg (+1) and it's not included in burpple deal. Don't recommend this pasta as the sauce was really bland - imagine watery mentaiko cream sauce. The seaweed and green tobiko were more for aesthetics too. The five scallops were nice though!

The beef was really tender and melty. Quite a generous amount of ingredients (beef and mushrooms). However the sauce was quite bland and the spaghetti is on the harder side.

Soft ricotta cheese, tasty homemade pasta, generous amount of beef and tomato sauce. I love every bite of this dish!

Generous serving of different kinds of mushrooms. However, the pasta tastes pretty blend..

Ordered new don bowls this time - unagi and tuna (both $15 each). Unagi was soft and came with alot of sauce. Tuna had interesting marinate and pepper crust.

My go-to whenever i have a craving for pasta - mentaiko pasta at LINO. Generous serving of mentaiko which goes well with the cream sauce and seaweed. The pasta was also well cooked and soaks up the sauce. There is an egg as well, which I love with cream sauce.

The carbonara had a generous serving of shaved parmesan cheese which goes well with the cream sauce - making it thicker. Plenty of mushroom and crispy bacon as well. However I personally prefer carbonara with egg yolk and pepper instead of cream sauce, so I felt that this was so-so. Those who like cream sauce would probably enjoy this more!
