Fried intestines were crispy and clean although the taste of the offal was p strong. Stuffed leaks also helped to offset some of the greasiness. Not bad but slightly greasier and strong tasting for me
Dan Dan noodles were only very slightly numbing and wished it was spicier. Texture of the noodles were good. This is best eaten with an accompanying side dish as the amount of minced meat was not alot.
