Delicious with rich, smooth, and slightly sticky glutinous rice. The addition of coconut milk adds creaminess and sweetness, and the grass jelly provides a cooling effect.

Rich, strong, and peppery with soupy tender pork in thin skin. The skin can't hold its weight well, making it messy to handle as it breaks apart easily.

Piping hot and flowy, be careful as it can squirt and explode. Distinct salted egg taste and the bun thickness is just right.

Just what you’d expect from a beancurd roll. Nothing extraordinary.
