wouldn’t recommend the gyoza; the skin was soft and limp and the meat filling wasn’t mind-blowing too.

absolutely enjoyed the yuzu cappuccino ramen too!! the broth was super light and refreshing (but still flavorful in its own right) & there was a strong burst of citrusy taste with every mouthful that we took. the red onions were a bit too pungent and strong for the light soup but i guess it was supposed to provide a stronger flavor profile?

the charcoal cha shu ramen was super flavorful & intense. the soup started off feeling thick and salty before we were hit with a strong smoky flavor, albeit heavier on the palate but it tasted incredibly well-rounded. the slices of cha shu was also very soft and tender with the same smoky flavor. i really liked the pairing of the vegetables with the meat - the vegetables was crunchy and pretty much tasteless so it helped to cut through the oiliness of the soup and meat.

the doria omurice tasted pretty ordinary. there wasn’t much taste in the rice and i felt like the cheese did little to elevate the instant curry taste.

the demiglace sauce omurice came with a tomato based rice with mushroom bits. the rice was pretty sour on its own but it helped to balance out the saltiness of the sauce (which was so salty that its probs how it feels like to drink sea water) when paired tgt. its sth that didn’t taste amazing, but then i wouldn’t mind having again? and the saving grace was that the pork cutlets were pretty well cooked; super crispy & juicy.

would personally recommend everyone to upgrade to the lava egg as the taste and texture of the egg was way better than the normal one, and it’s just so satisfying to see the egg wobble and break apart.
