This was the udon that changed my life because of the frickin delicious umami flavour bomb broth!!!!!!! And the super flavourful, tender beef slices ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I don’t know how to describe the taste but it’s just damn nice lor. The soup was light and not too heavy on the palette so I cleared it every single time. The udon’s texture was the best during my first visit though, being chewy and a little firmer but the following two visits were a little softer which I didn’t rly mind but ack... I don’t like soft noodles as much.
