Weekend Hangouts
Look at the spread! It’s definitely very value for money. The herbal shredded chicken noodles was light with sufficient taste of the herbs. Great complement to the fried snacks. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy, with a tinge of plum powder for taste. The fried shiitake mushroom on the other hand was a tad too salty. Overall, a very satisfying and sumptuous meal.
Intriguing combination of ingredients- cucumber, onions, kimchi, edamame and saba teriyaki. While it was overall a tasty and healthy meal, the ingredients don’t seem to come together. The taste of each ingredient didn’t edifying each other, and I felt like I was eating 5 separate small dishes. Raw onions and cucumber with white rice certainly wasn’t delectable, but the saba teriyaki was tasty and well-marinated, which redeemed the entire bowl.
Healthy and balanced meal with a mix of greens, tomato, avocado, onions and marinated salmon. To bring the guilt-free dining experience to another level, the salmon is sourced from responsible and sustainable farmers and the utensils are biodegradable. Not only do you reduce your calorie intake for the meal, you too reduce your carbon footprint.
Deceivingly small portion, certainly filling. The ravioli had mince meat stuffing and the pasta was al dente. The sauce is interesting and tasty. Simple dish, yet satisfying.
Deal of the month! 1 for 1 till 31 Aug 2020, absolutely worth it. The doneness was done right, the beef was still juicy and tender. +$10 for 2 glasses of merlot wine. Very nice ambience and conducive for conversation.
Overall, great taste with crispy crust. El Liberal was interesting with the small apple slices. The onion added to El Liberal a tinge of sweetness in the savoury, albeit a little too much it. The smoked salmon was pretty average.
Fries were thick, crispy and fragrant. Recommended side dish.
