My family and I have been huge fans of Blu since it’s previous Bukit Timah outlet. It’s our go-to for dinners out and the food never disappoints! Beautiful ambience- if the weather’s good, be sure to grab an outdoor seat as it can get noisy when crowded. For starters, be sure to order the pita bread (grilled is best) with a few of their dips- our favorites are the hummus & melitzanosalata (eggplant). The horiatiki (classic greek) salad is a must. For mains, go for the beef kalamaki / chicken skewers, and if you prefer seafood, their grilled octopus & calamari are super tasty options. Cooked to perfection, and seasoned perfectly with plenty of EVOO. Highly recommend!
