Dim Sum
The staff are friendly. Today's Ma Lai Gao is really well done. I love it soft and fluffy and eggy. The rest of the food is better today. Its of a normal canton paradise standard.
Yam flakey pastry. Yeah I am glad to have managed to taste these babies. Boy they are expensive.
I think the food is pretty decent. I didnt try the buffet we tried the ala carte dim sum 50% off. I do understand that people were saying that the food isn't top notch but we gotta consider that it's 50% off plus its in a hotel and Chinese restaurant ambience. I am pretty happy with the standard of the food. I do think the wait for the food is a bit slow but the staff themselves are pretty friendly. Maybe the are understaffed.
Took away an assorted variety of dim sum. The nice ones are the mee sua kueh, fried liu sha bao, rice rolls and the banana prawn fritters. The average ones are the congee, char siew baps and fried carrot cake. I do not like the yam fritters which seem a little dry and the pan fried pork dumpling. Maybe its because its better to eat the pork dumplings on the spot because its a little tough.
