Nothing much can go wrong with a chicken order at Astons. Always love the quality they provide with the low prices charged, almost coffee shop prices in a comfortable restaurant setting.
Favourite choice: Double Up Chicken (Fiery + BBQ) along with pasta & potato salad. My go-to western place for sure, love that they have many outlets everywhere!
As a huge fan of garlic, this place is definitely a must-try for me. Garlic in pasta, pizza, and anything you could think of. What’s there not to love?
Pizza was a joy to savour, served nice and hot with a nice creamy taste. Enjoyed it the most out of the items I had during both visits. Other food was pretty good as well, with an evident garlic flavour in all of them!
Point to improve, I concur with most of the reviews, to have the option of having extra garlic, the more the merrier! (That’s if you don’t catch the staff on a bad day, I was lucky both times I was there :D)

Still recall the first time I had foie gras, it was at Tanuki Raw. The way the duck liver just melts away in my mouth in fatty goodness.
Meat quality was alright, nice flavour in the beef atop a nice bed of white rice. Oysters were on promotion, plump and fresh! Sashimi slices were thick and fatty, melts in the mouth as well.
A good place to have a meal if I’m around the area! :)
My personal favourite chicken joint. Moist chicken flesh even with the breast portion, slathered with the tangy and spicy peri-peri sauce.
It’s been years since Nando’s hit our shores, I haven’t had anything else in the menu besides half chicken with two sides. It’s hard to try something new when you’re so in love with the specialty item haha!
Hands down the best pasta I’ve ever had. Pasta choices change every few weeks, so much detail put into every component of the dish. Me and group of 4 friends loved all our “Build Your Own Pasta”!

Super appreciate how every outlet maintains the same taste in their food and drinks. Swensen’s is not stranger to anyone, and over the years they’ve kept the quality and portion size in check everytime I have a meal there.
Had a nice crayfish pasta this time, albeit having the Mega Burger or Cornflakes Chicken usually. Fresh seafood with al dente pasta tossed in a nice tangy tomato sauce with chillies giving a slight kick. Enjoyed my meal! :)
My partner had the Hickory BBQ chicken with Mac & Cheese and Baked Potato. Chicken’s always good, cheesy mac was not overpowering with the cheese and gave a nice soothing mouthful. Baked potato was soft and the butter really tied everything together. Will never go wrong with Andes! :)
Always a joy to eat at ANDES, quality food at very reasonable prices. Whenever I come here, I always order my favourite combo: Double Up Chicken (Fiery + Hickory BBQ) with Potato Salad & Pasta Salad! Love the depth of the BBQ, and the heat from the Fiery Chicken. One of my favourite places to eat! ^^
