Late night

We had 2 sets of waffles (other not in pic) + ice cream together with 2 pots of flower tea for under $30. Both their dark chocolate & yakult ice cream were especially unique and good~ rose tea was very pleasant and fragrant, pretty too! Topped up for 2 scoops of ice cream/waffle. Super friendly staff who helped top up our tea midway! Chill place to be on a hot afternoon ~

The Thai milk tea flavour came out strong but not over powering. And surprisingly it wasn’t too sweet like the drink itself. The powder on the shaved ice isn’t soy bean flour but it tasted kinda like biscuit crumbs..? Very very fine Marie biscuit powder. It went really well with the milky shave ice and also the ice cream on top was really good too! We also ordered the Kaya toast which sounded very normal but it was good too, especially the coconut ice cream on top.

Will definitely revisit and recommend to my family and friends! 👍🏻

Egg Prata $2, Prata Kosong $1.30. Loving such Saturday morning! Starting the weekend right with delicious Prata from Saffrons! Everything is just perfect, thin, soft with a lil crispy on the outside. Goes so well with their signature sambal and fish curry on the side!

VERDICT:
- limited choices for the lowest priced ($0.50) sticks
- not as oily as the ones you get in JB
- the sauces aren't as fantastic as those in JB

WILL WE RETURN? Possibly. Since there is hardly any late-night food option around Punggol. But the thought of sitting and eating in the outdoor aka smoking zone though...😣

Tasted their Roti Prata and found it soft and fluffy! Their Roti Prata was just nice in terms of the flour used, not super thick and not ultra thin, its just nice! Was not very oily too despite many prata nowadays that are filled with oil! Curry was okay but i always love to pour some curry on the sugar before dipping the prata it in! Super nice, good for groups and a catch up session with friends! Great and affordable supper indeed!
